UX Research/Multi-Variate Testing
Proposal to use Trillion’s (Content Management System) multi-variate testing platform to capture current site visitor’s interactions. The insights could be used to optimize the click through rate and test content strategy. In the later stages of the site the content test results would provide the pillars to develop a personalized content strategy. The primary client loved the proposal, approved it for the following year and pushed to discuss it with Abbott’s executive management for the other accounts. Last update as of December 2014 was that the testing will be integrated into the 2016 plan for all proposed websites.
